What does a Claim department do?
- Control all claim settlement in order to activate proper and smooth operation
- Maintain and improve claim settlement system and procedure
- Manage all outstanding claims, claim recoveries, claim reserve, and control recovery payment (Subrogation and Salvage)
- Improve Customer’s satisfaction by providing good claim services, loss prevention activities and proper complaint handling.
