Responsibilities
- Provide first-level IT support for users.
- Troubleshoot software, hardware, and network issues.
- Record and escalate technical incidents when needed.
- Ensure timely resolution and user satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year experience in IT support/helpdesk.
- Basic knowledge of computer systems and troubleshooting.
- Good communication and service orientation.
