- Support implementation of learning and development programs.
- Track training attendance and evaluation results.
- Assist in capability-building initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or Management.
- Minimum 1 year experience in HR training or L&D.
- Good organizational and facilitation skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and reporting.
